The Process

We genuinely believe that we are best placed to find you the best deal. With differing criteria between lenders, finding the right mortgage in todays climate can be difficult at times. But we look to eliminate this inconvenience by using expert knowledge to find a deal that best suits your needs.

The sales process generally takes place in 2 separate meetings:

Meeting 1. The Factfind Process

A free initial consultation is arranged. This can be carried out in our office, at your home or over the phone during office hours or evenings/ weekends. This meeting will take approximately one hour. During these discussions, we will take detailed information with regards to your personal and financial situation. This will allow us to determine which is the best product for you. We will tailor any advice to your own personal needs. Every client is different and because of that we treat each person as an individual.

After the meeting

After the first appointment, we will research deals from across the market and using the information from the Factfind Process, we will identify the most suitable product/s.

Meeting 2: The Presentation

Once the most suitable product has been identified, we will contact you to arrange a second meeting. During these discussions we will present to you our recommended product and explain the reasons for doing so. The Key Features Document and Suitability Letter will detail all the monthly repayments, associated costs and product features. If you are 100% satisfied, we will then start completing application forms.

Prior to completing the mortgage application, we ask for permission to carry out an 'Agreement in Principle'. This is where a lender will take your basic information and perform a credit search and credit score before coming up with a figure that 'in principle' it would be able to lend. If successful, the application will be completed.

Not only that but we service any application right through to completion. We will tell you exactly what verification is needed so you can sit back, relax and let us do all the groundwork.

Call today for a free initial consultation.

A fee of up to £300 is payable upon application. Our typical fee is £100. We will also be paid commission by the lender.
