Ross is married with 2 children. He has been in the financial services industry for over 10 years now. After graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2001, Ross has had spells at Royal Sun Alliance and HSBC Bank plc before going self employed in 2006. Ross became a partner in Sterling Mortgages in 2010. He enjoys spending time with his family as well as playing golf and going to the gym.

Keith is married with 2 children. He has a wealth of experience in the financial services, practising in the sector for over 35 years. Keith spent the first 16 years of his career at a solicitors before moving to West Bromwich Building Society. He was a part founder of Sterling Mortgages back in 1988 and hasn't looked back since. He enjoys spending his spare time with his family, spectating football and also going out for meals.
